We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared with service providers only as needed to run the app, or when disclosure is required by applicable law.
You control much of your visibility through your privacy settings, including who can view your profile, photo, age, birthday, and status, and who can message you. Some details, such as your home address, are kept private and are never shared with your groups.
Your messages are visible to the people and groups you send them to. Please be thoughtful about what you share with others.
We keep your information while your account is active so the app can work for you. You can request deletion of your account from your Profile settings; deleting your account removes your profile and personal content from the app, subject to records we must keep for legal, security, or billing reasons.
Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain uses of it, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, use the contact options in the app (Contact page) or request account deletion from your Profile settings.
LinkUp is not intended for children under the minimum age required to use such services under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect information from children who are too young to use the app. If we learn we have, we will remove it.
We may update this policy over time. Significant changes will be announced in the app, and material updates may require you to review the updated legal documents. This policy does not reduce any rights given to you by applicable law.
